We're about 550 miles from Birmingham, roughly 9 hours by car. The map is here so you can see where we are. Most Birmingham families fly in or have us bring the puppy to them, but the drive is doable if you'd like a road trip. Delivery to your local airport, your front door, or anywhere in between is available with a quote upon request.

Getting Your Puppy Home to Birmingham

Fly in and fly home together.
Fly from BHM into DFW or Shreveport and we'll meet you at the airport for $250. Your puppy flies home with you in the cabin.

We can fly your puppy to you.
Your puppy rides in the cabin the whole way, and we'll meet you at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport. Just ask and we'll send you a quote.

Delivery to your door.
If you'd rather not travel, ask and we'll send you a quote to bring your puppy straight to your front door.

Make the road trip.
If you'd like to drive, we'll meet you in the Bullard or Tyler area at no charge.

You pay when you meet your puppy.
You pay for your puppy in person at pickup, once you've seen them, not before.

One thing we'll never do is ship a puppy as cargo.

Raising a Cavapoochon in Birmingham

Summer heat.
Birmingham summers are hot and sticky. Walk early in the morning or in the evening, and check the pavement with the back of your hand before you head out.

Parks to try.
Railroad Park downtown and the dog park at Red Mountain Park are both good spots. Start with short walks while those little legs catch up.

Ticks and heartworm.
The woods and tall grass around Birmingham carry ticks most of the year. Keep up with flea, tick and heartworm prevention and ask your vet what they recommend.

Pollen season.
Spring pollen coats everything here. A quick wipe of paws and belly after walks keeps your pup comfortable and your floors cleaner.

Storm season.
Spring storms and tornado warnings are part of life in central Alabama. Keep a crate, leash, food and vet records where you can grab them fast.
