We're about 390 miles from New Orleans, roughly 6 hours by car. The map is here so you can see where we are. Most New Orleans families fly in or have us bring the puppy to them, but the drive is doable if you'd like a road trip. Delivery to your local airport, your front door, or anywhere in between is available with a quote upon request.

Getting Your Puppy Home to New Orleans

Fly in and fly home together.
Fly from MSY into DFW or Shreveport and we'll meet you at the airport for $250. Your puppy flies home with you in the cabin.

We can fly your puppy to you.
Your puppy rides in the cabin the whole way, and we'll meet you at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Just ask and we'll send you a quote.

Delivery to your door.
If you'd rather not travel, ask and we'll send you a quote to bring your puppy straight to your front door.

Make the road trip.
If you'd like to drive, we'll meet you in the Bullard or Tyler area at no charge.

You pay when you meet your puppy.
You pay for your puppy in person at pickup, once you've seen them, not before.

One thing we'll never do is ship a puppy as cargo.

Raising a Cavapoochon in New Orleans

Parade season.
Mardi Gras crowds, brass bands and fireworks are a lot for a puppy. Keep them home and calm.

Heat and humidity.
Walk early or late from May through September.

City Bark.
The dog park in City Park is a great outing once your pup is vaccinated.

Mosquitoes.
Heartworm prevention is a must here all year.

Hurricane season.
Keep a go-bag with food, meds, vet records, a leash and a crate.

  • Yes. We can fly your puppy to you and meet you at MSY, or you can fly into DFW or Shreveport, meet us at the airport for $250 and fly home together. Either way, you pay for your puppy when you pick them up, not before.

  • No, we never ship puppies as cargo. We can fly your puppy to you in the cabin and meet you at your airport, or you can fly in, meet us at the airport and take your puppy home with you.

  • Every puppy gets a vet check and first vaccinations, regular deworming, a 1-year genetic health guarantee, and 30 days of free health insurance.
